As I was cleaning out my laptop hard drive, I stumbled upon old images from 2012 that were never blogged about. These images were to be apart of a blog post about randomly featured Frenzoo creators. The images contain creations from Vera, Windwalker and Lollirot.

Gone But Never Forgotten

The end is coming soon! No, not the 2012 Mayan Calender phenomenon but of Frenzoo.com. The website will be permanently closing March 9, 2013 and it will be missed greatly. They will be focusing on there wildly successful styling mobile application, Me Girl.

For those who've been apart of this close-knit community, it's easy to understand the dedication from the members, moderators and Frenzoo Team. These are the folks who've tried to keep this place up and running. I had an incredible opportunity working with the Frenzoo Team during their early beta stages. These past 4/5 years have been great, thanks for the memories!

Why Hello 2011, It's Been A While

Let just dust this place off a bit, oh and ignore the cobwebs in the corner.

There have been many new changes within the Frenzoo World, here's a list of a few new things noticed:

• New UI - so smooth and crispy!!
• Chat improvements - group chat and less lag *on my laptop using Chrome*
• Games - if you don't feel like customizing or chatting
• Mentor Program 

I know there's probably more that missing but the site is continually improving and growing! Along with rooms, furniture and more ways to customize your avatar! Ever week new templates have been added to the  template library. Here are a few new ones to show off...

Frenzoo is my home-world, the place of my virtual birth, and I suppose that's why I can be critical of it sometimes. It's one of those places I want to see push forward and improve.

One of my big pet peeves over the last month is the incredible lack of good menswear on Frenzoo. There is virtually no outfit in the shop that I can see a man, who I would personally oggle, wearing. Don't get me wrong, a lot of these items are really creative. They are just way out there--most of them look like they came straight out of a crazy Tim Burton movie.

Now, I am seeing a trickle of high quality menswear in the shop. It's a relief, and hopefully a sign for more to come.

Interview with Scarlet Niven

Hey everyone!

Last month, I participated in Frenzoo's monthly VIP challenge contest and won first place! The contest theme was to create a mature fashion and makeup type advertisment for a user age 20+ and was judged by Second Life blogger Scarlett Niven. The winner also got to be interviewed for her blog.

Here's her review of my entry:

 This fitted dress has great detail on the texture with the creases in the dress and seams giving it a very realistic look. The shoulder accents in the shiny textured multi colored silver gives the dress just the right amount of added detail without taking away attention from the actual dress. Accessories are kept to a minimum letting the outfit shine. Simple silver earrings and black pumps are just the right choice. I love the glossy silvery plum of the lips on the skin as well as the highlighting on the eyes, long lashes and warming up of the skin with just the right amount of blush. This AV is definitely giving a Rhianna vibe!

My First Set of Skins for Sale! - Sheeana's Boutique

Hey All!

I am so excited to share with you something which I have found and still find a challenge! - Skins!

I created this skin in tones 1 and 2 last week - and it took me a while - and I know its not super amazing, but I am pretty excited that I got it half there! :D

Feedback is most welcome - I know there are so many improvements to be made, but I am really excited that I have finally been able to release something I am happy with :)

I basically sat infront of my pc - shading, dodging, burning, highlighting, till I was happy with the result - ofcourse I added freckles - because they are just ever so cute :)

The make up is not so heavy, but it comes with the face, so I hope you enjoy!!

New Virtual Funness

Hi all!

If you haven't heard, Koinup and Frenzoo announced on their blogs that they are finally teaming up. I am a big user of both sites, and it is quite exciting to hear that they are coming together. What's even better is the new virtual funness that comes along with their partnership.

Automatic snapshot upload.

That's right, picture crazy people of the metaverse. Everytime you add a snapshot picture in your Frenzoo album, it is automatically uploaded into Koinup.

This is pretty darned nifty, if you ask me. I had a play around with it already. Yep, that's my personal snapshot above.

Tie dye at the Beach! - Sheeana's Boutique

Hi all! Last week I had a creative burst, and after playing around in Photoshop, I created these two dresses in a tie dyed effect, I paid very close attention to the colour pallette so that I would be able to mix and macth properly, overall there are 6-8 colours used in these dresses blended over each other.

I guess I can't wait for the summer!! :D

New Dresses on Frenzoo!

Hey all, How are you? :D

So I played around a bit in my spare time and came up with these polka dotted trimmed dresses...... what do you think?.....I chose jewel tones for effect and played with dodge and burn till I was happy with the results - Its very me, I would love to own this in real life, lol I need to start designing outside the box!

But all in all, a classic sophisticated look which you can dress up or down, and match back with accessories to be a day dress or cocktail dress for the evening.

Diverse style of makeup usually are related to different preferences and personality.

I found some cool eyeshadow and decor.

I personally like the nude lip colour.

Light colour is supposed to represent kindness but dark is for strict and cool.
